toddler PROGRAM

CCSLV's Toddler Program serves children aged 12-30 months. With a 4:1 maximum ratio of children to teachers, all enrollees are guaranteed plenty of close personal attention and supervision.

Our teaching philosophy emphasizes letting the children discover and pursue their own interests. Within the context of a structured daily schedule, children are exposed to a wide variety of art materials, toys, and books designed to stimulate intellecutal and creative development.

Teachers generally intervene in the children's activities only to ensure safety; to provide help when requested; to comfort and console when necessary; and to facilitate cooperation, or mediate conflicts among children just beginning to discover the possibilities and limitations of social group interaction.
